Through what accidents of birth and genes is one relegated to one's corner of the earth, what responsibility does one assume for it?

About Us

My photo
Otherside of the world
Cape Town / Den Bosch
Joy: "I live in Cape Town, South Africa. I am a mother, a web content copywriter and a part-time mermaid. I love taking photographs, walking in the mountains, coffee, the smell of rain and pine trees. I am inspired by my son, the sea and the lives of others."

Ruth:" I left South Africa many years ago and now live in Holland. I love good friends, good photos, good food, reading, my husband and my boys, pottery and snail mail. I am a non-practicing perfectionist, and I think the world is full of beautiful things."

Joy and Ruth think they have known each other since they were about 8 years old, but they may be wrong about that.
